How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details:

  • Reason for return (include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Exchanges
